Questionnaire for Self-Assessment on Qualities of Christian Leadership
Please rate each statement on the following scale:
5 - Strongly Agree; 4 - Agree; 3 - Neither Agree nor Disagree; 2 - Disagree; 1 - Strongly Disagree
TOTAL the scores for each quality and put the total in the box. This gives a score out of 25. A score over 20 indicates health in a quality, but mature Christian leaders are striving for 25.
